WASHINGTON -Today is Valentine’s Day and people everywhere are buying flowers, chocolates, and gifts for their loved ones. Former First Lady Michelle Obama took to Twitter this morning to show her “one and only” some love. She dedicated a playlist titled, Forever Mine, to her husband which included songs such as “Fallin'” by Alicia Keys, “Halo” by Beyoncé and “Just the Way You Are” by Billy Joel.
Former President Barack Obama posted a photo of him and Michelle and wrote, “You make every day and every place better.”First Lady Melania Trump announced to her followers that she was spending her afternoon with children at the National Institute of Health. Later in the day, FLOTUS followed the lead of her predecessor, and tweeted her own Valentine’s Day playlist titled, Forever Fine. She wrote, “Back from a great day at the Children’s Inn. Time to put in my headphones and listen to the playlist I made to celebrate the day. Happy Valentine’s Day to all the luck lovers out there.” Mrs. Trump’s playlist was made up of what some would label, breakup songs. Meghan Trainor’s “Lips are Movin” and “Before He Cheats” by Carrie Underwood were two of the 21 songs included on the playlist.President Trump replied to FLOTUS with a simple and typical tweet, “Such a nasty woman.” But, with 21 breakup songs on the playlist, Melania should be able to drown out the sound of her husband and enjoy at least a couple of hours this Valentine’s Day.
